Life in London: A beginner's guide from the perspective of a study abroad student

California native Molly Melican, an economics and history major, is participating in the summer program at the London Global Gateway this summer. As a Notre Dame student experiencing life abroad for the first time, she was intimidated by the sheer scale of the city and wasn’t sure what to expect. London is packed full of things to see, eat, drink and buy. She learned pretty quickly how to make the most of London life, and wanted to pass on these tips to help others maximize their experience in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.
